I haven't seen anything yet but I have been a little behind and I don't read every X-Title out there. If there's anything on panel I'd like to see it. They had a complicated relationship and that's putting it mildly. I would think she would still have a strong reaction though.

It's not comic-canon but in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1, Mystique comes back to kill Xavier if you choose to let Nightcrawler die.

There was also the issue waaaay back when when Mystique hired Arcade to train her to kill the X-Men. The one person she hesitated to kill was Kurt... not Rogue but Kurt.

I think it's apparent that Mystyque genuinely cares about her children. She continues to try n find a husband for her step daughter Rogue and tried not to kill her son Graydon in X-Factor. As for Kurt, well she dropped him off a cliff so the villagers wouldn't actually kill him. It's about beating the odds.
