Notes:

The Inferno babies were collected for Nastir'h in X-Factor (1st series) #35-36 and X-Terminators #2-3, making Alex's true first appearance unidentifiable among those issues. The infants were turned over to Freedom Force to reunite them with their parents in X-Factor (1st series) #40, but Blob let it slip in New Mutants (1st series) #78 that the government had other plans for them. Over 20 years later, Alex and the babies reappeared as adults in New Mutants (3rd series) #16. He was named in #18.
