Cylobel was engineered by the Man-Machine Ascendency as a type of Hound in the future of Moira IX. Artificially grown from their breeding program in the SalCen Khennil, Cylobel rejected her conditioning as a traitor and infiltrator and genuinely joined the mutant cause. Another version of her also existed in the Moira VI timeline, under the Librarian's care 1000 years in the future.
