Gathered by Havok during the rise of Operation: Zero Tolerance, the Brotherhood were intended to be a pro-active mutant force while also allowing Alex to keep an eye on the likes of McCoy and Fatale. Disbanded after McCoy betrayed Havok in X-Factor (1st series) #143-144.
