After Stark International was taken over by Obadiah Stane, Jim Rhodes and Morley Erwin organized a small computers and technology consulting firm named Circuits Maximus, with the technical assistant of Morley's sister Clymenestra and later Tony Stark itself. After Stark and Stane went to war, leading to the deaths of Morley Erwin and Stane himself, Circuits Maximus ended up dissolving in favor of a newly-minted Stark Enterprises.
