In order to conserve his power, the Planet-Eater Galactus has often empowered Heralds to seek out worlds suitable for consumption. His most famous Herald was the Silver Surfer, but others include Air-Walker (and his automaton duplicate), Firelord, Destroyer, Terrax, Morg, Nova (Frankie Raye), Red Shift, Stardust, Alpha Ray, Recorder, Praeter, Anti-Man, the Fallen One, and others.
