Orchis is a human organization engineered to fight against the rise of mutantkind as a replacement species for humanity. It secretly culled assets from various other units, including S.H.I.E.L.D., S.T.R.I.K.E., S.W.O.R.D., A.R.M.O.R., A.I.M., Hydra, H.A.M.M.E.R., and Alpha Flight.
As it has bloomed, Orchis has identified several "petals" of the organization under the command of different directors:
