Recession Raiders

An early foe of the Champions, the exoskeletally enhanced Rampage returned to Los Angeles years later with an entire unit outfitted with his body armor known as the Recession Raiders. They primarily opposed Wonder Man in conjunction with Lotus Newark's criminal empire, and one apparently retained his armor to join the Hood's syndicate years later.
