Albion received the power of the Captain Britain Corps, but immediately was declared an outcast because he chose the path of the Sword of Might instead of the Amulet of Right. Nursing a vendetta against Roma, Merlyn and their Corps, he eventually arrived in the 616 universe and organized his own Corps known as the Shadow Captains.
