A team of heroic adventurers from Earth-S, the Squadron Supreme are largely based on members of DC Comics' Justice League of America. Between Squadron Supreme: Death of a Universe (1989) and Squadron Supreme: New World Order (1998), they were stranded on Earth-616 and lived at the energy research facility, Project: PEGASUS.
