Imprisoned on the Raft, Crossfire gathered a small group of prisoners skilled in mind control to be his crew in prison. They remained together for a time after the mass breakout caused by Electro.
Other members unrelated to the X-Men include Crossfire, Mister Fear, Corruptor, and Controller.
