Xeno

Xeno was an anti-mutant organization that used genetic engineering to enhance humans and strike at mutants. Their founder, known as "the Man With the Peacock Tattoo", was a forgotten clone of Genosha's Genegineer who carried on his experiments. While they originally had dozens of members who voted on the organization's ends, Mikhail Rasputin staged a hostile takeover of Xeno's assets to empower his Russian mutant state. He and the tattooed man remained allies against Krakoa, but the rest of Xeno faded into the background.
