Notes:

Sabretooth was a founding member of the Weapon X dimension-travellers. He was replaced by Gambit after Exiles (1st series) #13, but later replaced Sasquatch on the Exiles' team in #59.

Creed was killed by the Celestial Exterminators in Astonishing X-Men (3rd series) #60. However, he later appeared in Exiles (3rd series) #5. It's unclear if he was reincarnated somehow, or if the order of these events was somehow reversed.
