Stacy's real name was first mentioned in the Marvel Handbooks, and confirmed in New Warriors (4th series) #6.

Miri died in an explosion fighting Cape-Killers in New Warriors (4th series) #16. She returned without explanation in Vengeance #1, looking like her old self, but Domino Annual #1 confirmed she was still a Decimated mutant, and used cosmetics to reclaim her old appearance. As of Way of X #3, she had reclaimed her powers, presumably through the Crucible.
