Notes:

Vanisher was believed dead at the hands of the MRD in New Mutants (3rd series) #13. He resurfaced alive and well in Astonishing X-Men (3rd series) #48.

He was liquefied by General Callahan's anti-mutant tech in Uncanny X-Men (5th series) #19. Vanisher was one of many mutants resurrected on Krakoa, as seen in X-Force (6th series) #1.

Many of Vanisher's aliases were listed in Sensational She-Hulk #59 from his police file, names he apparently provided the authorities right before vanishing.
