S.W.O.R.D. was restored by Commander Brand in cooperation with the Quiet Council of Krakoa, making the mutant nation the forefront representatives of Earth to the outer universe. Using both mutant technology and Krakoan bio-technology, the Peak was restored in geosynchronous orbit over Krakoa.
