Humanity's Last Stand appeared to be a cooperative venture between the Friends of Humanity and Bastion's Operation: Zero Tolerance. They arranged relgious-style congregations of anti-mutant activists in America's heartland, and recruited for armored or cybernetically enhanced soldiers.
