Notes:

Bastion's true identity was revealed in Cable/Machine Man Annual 1998.

Nimrod and Master Mold first appeared separately in Uncanny X-Men (1st series) #191 and Incredible Hulk Annual #7, then were merged in UXM #246-247 before passing through the Siege Perilous to become Bastion.

Bastion briefly assumed the identity of Template during the Warlock M-Tech series. After making several appearances as a disembodied head following the 1998 annuals, Bastion was bonded to a different Nimrod body and reborn in humanoid form in X-Force (3rd series) #1.
