During Civil War, Captain America's group of unregistered vigilantes were called the "Secret Avengers" by the press. They did not retain that label after the War was over and Captain America was killed. This group was unrelated to the covert ops team of Avengers that followed after Siege.
Other members include Goliath V, Nighthawk, Punisher, Asp, Black Mamba, Diamondback, and Ultra Girl.
