The Facility is a for-profit scientific organization, dedicating to creating advances in bio-weapon technology and then selling it to the highest bidder. Their earliest known endeavor was to infiltrate the Weapon X Program and eventually retrieve the genetic samples used to create X-23. Later experiments led to the creation of the Predator X creatures.
