1) Upon being mutated by the magical ruby, Cain’s clothes were also transformed into this red-brown armor of some unknown metal. The helmet is psi-shielded and attached to the harness by a set of screws and rivets. The middle area (often colored yellow) of the outfit is made of some more flexible material to allow for enough movement during battle. It seems Cain got himself a few spare outfits similar to the original armor over the years. [X-Men (1st series) #12] As he only found out later, the armor is modeled after the true looks of the Cyttorak deity. [X-Men Unlimited (1st series) #12]
2) After officially joining the X-Men, Cain started wearing a black and gold version of his armor to reflect his inner change. [Uncanny X-Men (1st series) #426]
--) As part of Excalibur, Juggernaut wore an updated version of his classic armor. The standard red and brown color scheme remained, with similar gloves and arm bands. He wore a more visible belt with large pouches, and his helmet had a rounder, more bullet-headed look than usual. [New Excalibur #1]
3) Another slight variation on his look came when Marko joined the Thunderbolts. This new costume had significantly larger gauntlets and eventually included a new helmet that improved his peripheral vision and let him turn his head. He also added a small "Thunderbolts" insignia on his arm braces. [Thunderbolts (1st series) #144]
4) As Kuurth, Breaker of Stone, Marko's body and armor were changed by the Serpent's power. The armor now covered nearly all of his body, added metal plating where skin had previously been exposed. His helmet was larger and only had three tiny holes over each eye to see out. He had a large runic symbol on his chest which glowed yellow, as did a series of seams traced over the surface of the armor. [Fear Itself #2]
--) In his most recent ascendance at Cyttorak's hands, Juggernaut adopted a much more heavily armored costume than in the past. He wore heavy crimson boots and gloves over a black bodysuit, as well as a large crimson belt and codpiece. Armor plates covering his chest and shoulders were now connected to his traditional helmet by wires. [Amazing X-Men (2nd series) #19]
