In the House of M reality created by the Scarlet Witch, Betsy found herself as Princess Royal, sister to the monarch of England. In fact, Betsy was actually the rightful heir of the throne, being a few minutes older than her twin brother Brian, but she had stepped down in his favor, as she preferred traveling and adventuring with her lady-in-waiting, Rachel Grey.

When Legion warped reality and created the Age of X, Psylocke found herself back in her original body again but still possessed her telekinetic powers. As one of the Force Warriors, Psylocke used her telekinesis on a daily basis to create a force field around the last mutant haven of Fortress X. The humans would constantly bombard the force field in the hopes of destroying it and finally wiping out the last mutants. In this reality, Psylocke was in a relationship with Iceman. The world Legion created eventually started to fall apart and, when he was confronted by the reality of the situation, he put the world back to the way it should have been.

In the year 2043, X-Force’s mantra of kill-them-before-they-kill-you was taken to the extreme. After Apocalypse had risen once more, Psylocke and X-Force had to kill him to save their world. In the wake of that, X-Force was chosen to make sure that something like that never happened again. A few years later, every known criminal was killed and soon after that all potential criminals were also killed. Years went by and Psylocke fell in love with Wolverine and rose to become a leader, taking the name Magistrate Braddock. When her past self travelled to the future and saw the grim world that had been created, she tried to kill herself to prevent Magistrate Braddock from ever becoming a reality. However, Psylocke’s life was saved and, after talking to her older self, she saw the woman was deeply scarred by the loss of Angel and Fantomex.

A while later, as her reality was being erased thanks to the Apocalypse Twins, Kang the Conqueror saved her life by removing her from that world. Kang had been too late to save Earth and it had been destroyed but he had a plan. He travelled into the future where the mutant race had created Planet X and aided some mutants in their bid to go back in time. Magistrate Braddock used her immense telepathic powers to send the minds of a select group of people back in time to save Earth. The plan worked and the Apocalypse Twins were killed before they could destroy the planet. However, once the Twins were defeated, Kang used the energy from a dying Celestial to empower himself in a bid to take over the universe. Magistrate Braddock stood by his side and fought the heroes but was quickly taken out of the battle. Kang was likewise thwarted but teleported himself and all his team away before he could be apprehended.

When the Apocalypse Twins kidnapped all the world’s mutants and destroyed Earth, they set up the new world of Planet X. Mutants were the only residents, so there were no humans to persecute them. Six years went by and Psylocke found herself amongst the mutant elite, sitting on the X-Council. Havok was looking to travel back in time and stop the Earth from being destroyed but the X-Council, being manipulated by one of the Twins, stood against him. Psylocke used her telepathy to track Havok’s wife, Wasp, to their hideout and attack them. When Kang the Conqueror sent a team to stop the X-Council, Psylocke ended up fighting against Magistrate Braddock, an older alternate version of herself. Psylocke and some of the council soon saw through the lies and aided Havok in his quest to save Earth.

In the future that depicted The End of the X-Men, the team’s villains had grouped together to kill the mutants once and for all. After their mansion was destroyed and their ranks decimated, the X-Men learned that Cassandra Nova was behind it all. Many of the remaining X-Men went into space to fight her on the Sh’iar throne world of Chandilar but Psylocke and a few others got stuck behind on the Starjammer. As they made their way to the alien planet, they encountered many threats such as the Brood. Foreseeing the need for an ace up their sleeves, Sage convinced Psylocke to fake her death and lay low for a while. A great battle raged on the planet’s surface with many heroes dying at Nova’s hands. It was Psylocke who caught Nova off-guard and stabbed her in the head with her katana, giving the Phoenix-powered Jean Grey long enough to deal with her. Psylocke was one of the few X-Men to return from the fight and, years later, she was seen at a ceremony commemorating the X-Men.

When the main universe Psylocke encountered an alternate version of the Slaymaster whilst serving on the Exiles, she inadvertently set of a series of events that would doom many of her alternate versions. Psylocke had beaten the Slaymaster in their initial meeting and so he travelled the multiverse, fighting and killing as many versions of her as possible. Some were very much like her main universe counterpart but there were others that had diverged from that path. One seemed to have lived in a Roman-era world whereas another was married to Sabretooth and had a number of children with him. The main universe Psylocke visited one world in which she was still Lady Mandarin, serving under Ogun. The Slaymaster cut a bloody path across the multiverse until he was killed by the woman who started it all in the first place.
