In the future depicted in X-Men: The End, Jubilee had retired from heroics and worked in Hollywood as a movie executive. She was close friends with Nightcrawler, whom she had helped make a major movie star, as well as his family.

Jubilee was with Wolverine when the Xavier Institute was seemingly attacked by a huge cadre of villains determined to bring the feral X-Man down. Jubilee died in the first wave of the attack. Wolverine had little time to grieve, as he was overwhelmed by the dozens of villains. Logan fought this group of villains, killing them in a berserker fury. His final opponent was Bullseye and the two fought for over ninety minutes before Logan finally overcame him. As Bullseye lay dying, he asked Logan why he had done this to his friends. Logan then learned the brutal truth - this had all been an illusion created by Mysterio! Logan had actually slaughtered his fellow X-Men. "Bullseye" was revealed to be Jubilee, who died thinking that Logan had betrayed them all. Wolverine was overcome with grief and guilt over murdering his closest friends. This led him to forsake his rough and tumble existence and choose a life of isolation as Old Man Logan.

In the reality spawned by the mentally unstable Scarlet Witch and ruled by the House of M, Jubilee was a student at the elite New Mutant Leadership Institute. Her spunky attitude and light-hearted approach to life clashed with the Institute's mission to create the future leaders of mutantkind. When the Institute was attacked by a human resistance team, Jubilee and her best friend Dust, defied the school's policy against violent use of mutant powers to defend themselves and their classmates. Later, Jubilee and Dust overheard a group of their fellow students who had joined forces with members of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s mutant trainee program to investigate the true source of these attacks. They reluctantly included Jubilee and Dust in their plans rather than risk the two exposing them to their respective superiors. Despite their seeming shallowness, Jubilee and Dust eagerly joined the expedition and proved to be a valuable asset in combat. The group traveled to Japan where they discovered a facility that was experimenting on humans. They took down the lab and confronted Lord Sunfire. They were rushing headlong into a battle against overwhelming forces when the House of M reality warp abruptly ended.

In the Age of X, Jubilee was one of the many inhabitants of Fortress X, defending the X-Men’s home from the daily assault of the human forces. In this reality, the Scarlet Witch died before depowering mutants and so Jubilee retained her mutant powers.

During the Battle of the Atom crossover, a version of Jubilee from 25 years in the future travelled to the past to help the present X-Men fight a future Brotherhood. In the years that had passed, she had taken the name Wolverine and created some energy claws in honor of her mentor, and had successfully raised her adoptive son Shogo. When she was initially confronted by some mutants travelling to her time from the past, she was furious and tried to stop any knowledge of events passing between the groups. She was ignored and reluctantly went to the past to try and limit the damage being done to the timeline. Landing in the midst of a battle between the X-Men, future Brotherhood and SHIELD, she leapt into action. Sadly she was killed by a Sentinel blast during the final confrontation between the sides.

Hailing from the domain of Limbo, Jubilee was selected to join Battleworld’s Institute for Gifted Youngsters. Super-powered youths from all over the planet were sent there in the hopes that they would become the next generation of Doom’s super soldiers. This version of Jubilee was a lot more gothic than her mainstream counterpart and was also gay, having been in a relationship with Pixie in the past. Jubilee, along with a group of other misfits, were teamed together to take part in the end-of-year exam that involved battling holograms. However, the group discovered that the holograms were actually other students and that they were unknowingly killing each other to become Doom’s elite guard. Pixie had been killed during the exam and Jubilee was devastated to discover the truth. She led the team in an escape that saw them flee across Battleworld, hotly pursued by soldiers from the Institute. They survived for a little while but, when some of the group were captured, Jubilee led a rescue attempt. Realizing there was no way they would ever be allowed to go free, she decided to reveal the truth to the rest of the students, resulting in a riot at the school. With the school slipping into chaos, the headmistress, Valeria Von Doom, decided to let all the students go. Jubilee had gained her freedom and she even found a new love in the form of her old rival, Sanna.

In another area of Battleworld was a domain that detailed what happened after the events of X-Men the animated series. Mutants had brought down Apocalypse and they were finally becoming respected, as opposed to hated and feared. Jubilee remained on the X-Men, although she was still regarded as a rookie. When the X-Men investigated the rise of a mutant organization called the Clear Mountain Project, they fell into the deadly hands of Cassandra Nova and the Shadow King. Having been brainwashing mutants and turning them into pacifist versions of themselves, they set their sights on the X-Men next. Jubilee was exempt from the conditioning because she was a child and so she went exploring whilst the rest of the team were occupied. Discovering a group of mutants rejected from Nova’s schemes, she rallied them together to help take down the evil telepath’s plans. With her plan revealed, Nova enacted a last ditch attempt to kill the domain’s leader, Baron Robert Kelly. A giant Sentinel attacked the X-Men and it ended up being Jubilee who managed to destroy it and save the day.

In Excalibur (4th series), Jamie Braddock decided to create a new Captain Britain Corps, so he created a splinter reality coming off the main one and then fractured it again and again. In one of these fractures, Jubilee picked up the Amulet of Right after the death of Betsy Braddock, becoming the new Captain Britain for that reality. She was brought to the main reality along with some other Captain Britains but was quickly captured by Saturnyne and imprisoned on the Starlight Citadel in Otherworld. The group broke free and attacked Jamie for his recklessness with his reality-warping powers. Underestimating his power and sanity, they were easily subdued and Jamie killed Jubilee as an example to the rest of them.
