Apocalypse, Stryfe and their followers
Apocalypse
Apocalypse rules earth in his darwinistic image. His host bodies burn out faster and faster. His death in the present erased the entire Askani timeline from existance.

Diamanda Nero
Diamanda Nero was Apocalypse’s High Councilor and viceroy. She even wanted to overpower him, but was left powerless after shortly being bonded to the Phoenix Force.

Powers: powerless, formerly permanently adapt the abilities of others at the moment of their death, enhanced speed, indestructible exoskeleton, poisoned claws, telepathic immunity, lycanthropy, harness lightning
Ch‘vayre
Ch’vayre and his sister Luminesca were high ranking Prelates under Diamanda Nero. Despite their loyalty, Nero intended to sacrifice them in order to finally kill Rachel, but Ch’vayre survived and became one of Apocalypse’s most trusted paladins. He later functioned as Stryfe’s mentor.

Luminesca
Luminesca and her brother Ch’vayre were high ranking Prelates under Diamanda Nero. Despite their loyalty, Nero intended to sacrifice them in order to finally kill Rachel Summers.

Stryfe
When Mother Askani transported little Nathan Christopher to the future, she had him cloned, as she feared he was dying of his techno-organic infection. The clone fell into Apocalypse’s hands who raised him to become Cable’s ultimate archenemy.

Zero
Zero is the first of a series of Adam units, created to serve.

Askani Movement and Sisterhood
Mother Askani (Rachel Summers)
Rachel entered the timestream to trade places with the trapped Captain Britain. She emerged 2000 years later and founded the Clan Askani, knowing that she one day would tranport her baby brother to this future too to cure him of his techno-organic virus. With the Askani timeline erased, Rachel never wound up there, and only barely recalls her life as Mother Askani.

Powers: inherited psionic power that she manifests as telepathy, psychokinesis, and a chronoskimming talent that enables her to draw forth her own mind or the minds of others and send them into the timestream, causing them to arrive in another time period either in an astral form, within their own body or that of their closest ancestor or descendant.
Blaquesmith
Blaquesmith’s mutant status was overlooked by the genscans, letting him grow up as a freak and outcast, instead of a high-ranking mutant. Rachel discovered his telepathy and trained him using it, so that he in turn could become Cable’s mentor years later.

Madame Sanctity (Tanya Trask)
Tanya and her younger brother Larry being mutants was actually the catalyst for their father Bolivar to start the Sentinels program. Tanya could not control her mutant power to get out of synch with time, and she got trapped in the timestream, till Rachel pulled her “to shore“ in the future, where she would become Sanctity.

Note : There appears a girl named Sancitity in X-Men Phoenix #3, however she doesn’t seem to fit into Tanya’s previously established story. Maybe she just has a similar name. (but actually it’s an error !)

Lexii
Lexii is the last survivor of a sisterhood of clone warriors.

Malachi Hark

Ozana
Ozana is a gibson-sterling mark nine warbot, programmed for extreme combat.

Qua
Qua is a liquid atlantean.

Powers: exists as a sentient body of water, letting her flow and morph her body at will
Askani I
One of many members of the Askani, this woman volunteered to travel though time and rescue the techno-organic infected infant from the 20th century. She named herself simply Askani as this mission was the crucial part of their philosophy. The journey cost Askani her life.

Askani II
Another woman, who accepted a simlar important task, depite knowing of the fate of her predecessor. She too chose Askani as an appropiate moniker.

Clan Rebellion / Clan Chosen
Nathan Dayspring, Askani‘Son
Cable is the son of Scott Summers and Madelyne Pryor, a clone of Jean Grey. Apocalypse deliberately infected him with a techno-organic virus. Only by allowing him to be taken to the future Cyclops could save his life, not knowing that he would return as a grown-up even older than his parents.

Jenskot / Aliya Dayspring
Aliya is the love of Cable’s life. Jenskot is her chosen Askani name, she took it in honor of Jean Greay and Scott Summers.

Tyler Dayspring
Tyler is Jenskot’s son. His biological father has been speculated on, but never fully revealed. Cable adopted him and loved him as if he was his own son.

Not much is known about Hope, save that she is Jenskot’s sister and she never really got along with her brother-in-law Cable.

Dawnsilk

Boak
Boak is a bio-organic construct.

Powers: mechanical strength, endurance, and reflexes, A.I. systems can process large amounts of information, energy collectors generate an absorption field around himself and others, and can then discharge the accumulated power as destructive blasts
Note : There is a gap of over thirty years between his appearances, and actually it seemed as if he was killed / destroyed off panel in Adventures of Cyclops and Phoenix #1. Could be the case that these are two characters similarly named Boak, yet as a cyborg / bioconstruct he could easily have been rebuilt, also explaining the different looks.

Garrison Kane was a member of Cable’s Six Pack, a mercenary team in the 20th century. Cable took him to the future to improove his bionic bodyparts.

Diogenes Chang
Diogenes belonged to an Order of Witnesses. All other members were killed by Diamanda Nero, so Diogenes helped Rachel to found and build her Askani movement.

Tribune / General Parraidan Haight

A very ambitious Canaanite with the task to eradicate the last Askani and their messiah.
