Mojo Mojo was a megalomaniac and the sole ruler of the Mojoverse, with his movies he became worshipped by his people and this worship gave him incredible powers.

Powers: Magical powers, including teleportation, several types of energy-blasts and protective spells. His powers are increased by worship. Mojo is a force of chaos and death: plants and small animals die killed by his vicinity, people become ill, the weather is disrupted and he can age and kill people with his touch. Superhuman strength (mainly due to his size), healing and toughness. (Note: in the television series the small spider-like vehicle Mojo uses could fire energy beams from its tail. It hasn't done so in comics)

Longshot Longshot was the leader of the rebellion against Mojo. Slave, star, stuntman and fighter, he has been all these.

Spiral (alternate Ricochet Rita)
Spiral was Mojo's executioner and spy. She has a rebellious nature and she has changed sides on more than one occasion.

Note: Spiral is Ricochet Rita from an alternate timeline. In the regular timeline, Rita was captured by Mojo and she became a figure on his airship. The X-babies freed her and she became their guardian. In an alternate reality Rita was instead transformed into Spiral.

Ricochet Rita / The Agent Ricochet Rita was a stuntwoman who fell in love with Longshot. Together they went back to the Mojoverse to defeat Mojo. She was turned into the Agent by Mojo for a short time.

Powers: none (As the Agent: shapeshifting (in a way most like Husk), gaining the powers of however signed a contract with her)

Notes:
- During "Mojo Mayhem" Rita was captured by Mojo and became "the Agent", Rachel Summers destroyed the Agent-guise, but Rita was still possessed by Mojo. She was freed after the X-babies agreed to work for Mojo.
- Spiral was revealed to be Ricochet Rita in another timeline.

Magog Magog is the father of Gog and one of Mojo's most important hunters.

Gog / Pup / Gog’n Magog
Gog is the son of Magog. Originally he had the size of a small dog, but on earth he absorbed magical energy to become the great monster he is today. Magog befriended Longshot when they were on earth, but he later turned against him.

Powers: Magical magnet on earth: absorbs magical energy to become bigger and stronger, mutates constantly

Quark Quark has been one of Longshot's strongest allies. He also has the same luck powers, but he knows that these luck powers are unreliable and dangerous. He is mostly pessimistic.

Powers: strength, chance manipulation (luck), discorporation into smoke

Arize A scientific genius who advanced the society of the Spineless and created Longshot's race.

Powers: technological genius, incapable of receiving transmitted programs (unlike the other people of his race), purple skin and facial hair (unlike the other people of his race)

Major Domo Mojo's right hand man, Major Domo calculates the profits and ratings Mojo receives, summons his minions and takes care of his personal needs. Major Domo's repulsion of Mojo is obvious from all his actions, nevertheless he is his most loyal servant.

Minor Domo Minor Domo was created to help Major Domo, but she is rarely useful. She has fits of hyperactivity from time to time, which cause her to short-out and then she has to be restarted.

The Warwolves The Warwolves are six mercury-like shape-shifting creatures, which were sent by Mojo to capture Rachel Summers. They suffered several casualties at the hands of the Technet, alien bounty hunters with the same mission sent by Opal Luna Saturnyne, the Omniversal Majestrix, but due to their mystical origin they were able to resurrect their fallen brethren and appear as a pack of six again.

Powers: shapeshifting, imitating humans by putting a human skin around them, immunity to psionic powers

Dazzler (Alison Blaire) Dazzler has met Longshot when they were both members of the X-men. Quickly they fell in love, and even though she was left amnesiac after emerging from the Siege Perilous, she decided to follow Longshot to his native dimension. Over time her memory has slowly restored and they pair consider themselves as married.

The Yes-Men
The Yes-men are three stooges who serve as advisors for Mojo. Their job exists solely in agreeing with Mojo's plans.

Mojo II, the Sequel
A creation of Mojo, whom he intended to star in a movie, but then he decided otherwise. Mojo II was discarded and became director of a pirate station against Mojo's rule. Mojo II tricked the X-Men into helping him become ruler, but he has later been dethroned.

Shatterstar (Gaveedra-7 / Benjamin Russel) Born and bred as a gladiator, Shatterstar was the perfect warrior. He escaped the arena and spent some time with the resistance against Mojo V. He escaped to earth to find help, but instead stayed with X-Force for the rest of his career, during which he became one with a boy called Benjamin Russell. Shatterstar is destined to be the one who can unite the Mojoverse.

Powers: Increased strength, speed and agility, increased healing, can direct an energy blast through his blade.

Note: It's hinted at that Shatterstar is Longshot's son. Whether his mother would be Dazzler, Spiral or someone else is the subject of many discussions. The precise nature of the relationship between Shatterstar and Benjamin Russell is still unclear. For more on the topic see the Questions section.
